lime

Enterprise knowledge assistant

Your company archive,
answering your questions.

Contracts, tender specs, invoices, scanned folders… Your team asks questions against 20 years of documents; lime answers only from what each person is allowed to see — with page-level citations.

  • Data processed in compliance with Turkish DPA (KVKK), with sovereignty options
  • Every answer is tied to a source document and page
  • No access, no answer: permissions are enforced at retrieval

Corporate memory in three steps

1

Upload your archive

PDF, Word, Excel and scans. Old, low-quality scans included — OCR is on us.

2

Ask in plain language

“What was the penalty clause in the 2019 supplier contract?” Ask naturally, in Turkish or English.

3

Get a cited answer

Every claim links to a clickable page citation. When unsure, the assistant clearly says it couldn’t find it.

Built for document-heavy teams

Any company with an archive benefits; the most document-heavy worlds feel it first:

Legal & Accounting

Client files answered in one question

New team members don’t know the 10-year-old file; “ask the person who knows” is the only tool.

Contract clauses, tax correspondence, past opinions — sourced, without opening a single folder.

Tenders & Projects

Specs and bids in seconds

“What was in the similar project’s technical spec?” takes hours today.

Comparative, page-referenced answers across past tenders, contracts and bids.

Groups & Manufacturing

Memory that outlives turnover

Critical knowledge is locked in retiring experts’ folders.

Department-scoped access lets every team query its own archive — with a full audit trail.

Enterprise data, enterprise discipline

lime is built for privacy-sensitive organizations — by architecture, not marketing:

KVKK-compliant processing

Disclosure, retention and destruction are product features: compliance dashboard, DSAR support, audited trail.

Data sovereignty options

Managed cloud, dedicated single-tenant, or fully on-premises — the same product in all three.

Answers within permissions

Document visibility is per-person and per-department. The assistant never draws on documents the asker cannot see.

Your data never trains models

Documents are processed solely to answer your questions — contractually guaranteed.

No citation, no answer

Answers are machine-verified against sources; instead of guessing, the assistant abstains.

Full audit trail

Who asked what, when, and which documents produced the answer — audit-ready records.

A complement to M365 Copilot, not a rival

Copilot sees your live Office world; lime sees your 20-year scanned archive. It gives voice to the part of corporate memory Copilot can’t reach — they work side by side.

Enterprise Plan

lime is sold the honest enterprise way — no subscription maze: a one-time setup and license fee plus an annual maintenance fee — priced per proposal based on your scope.

  • Starts with a paid pilot: measure on your own archive, with your own questions, in 3 months
  • The pilot fee is credited toward the license
  • Setup, archive migration and team training are included

The exact fee is set within the range by seats, archive volume and deployment type.

Frequently asked

Where is our data stored?

Your choice: managed cloud, dedicated single-tenant, or fully on your own infrastructure. Same product and capabilities in all three.

Does it work with old, scanned PDFs?

Yes. A dedicated OCR pipeline handles low-quality scans, with an extra accuracy layer for tables and amounts.

What if it answers incorrectly?

Every answer is source-bound; when sources can’t be verified the assistant abstains instead of guessing. All answers carry feedback tracking.

How long does setup take?

Pilot setup typically completes within the first week; archive ingestion takes a few days depending on volume. You ask your first question in week one.

How does pricing work?

A one-time setup and license fee plus an annual maintenance fee, priced per proposal. No monthly subscription; you start with a paid pilot credited toward the license.
